1. What you see
The “Actor” template is tied to your characters: you see your scenes (the “sides”), your call times and the call sheets in their actor version (only your scenes and your times). The “Background extra” template gives you your extras calls.
You don't need an account to open a call sheet link; a Kinelux account brings everything together in “My shoot”.
2. Your call
- The call sheet arrives via a personal link (email): call time, hair & make-up (HMU) time, on-set time, location with directions, contacts.
- Confirm you have read it in one click (in the email, the app or “My shoot”): the production sees your confirmation.
- If the sheet changes, a revised version is sent to you.
3. “My shoot”
On the website as in the iPhone app, “My shoot” brings together:
- your upcoming calls and call sheets, offline in the app;
- your scenes to read (“My scenes”, when the production shares them);
- your profile for the production (contact details, availability).
4. “My castings”
If a casting director has added you to their talent pool, “My castings” shows your current roles, self-tape requests (you upload the video from the page) and your audition calls.
5. Extras
- Sign up through the sign-up page (QR code on the poster, in French or English): a photo and the information the production asks for.
- Your call contains a QR code: show it when you arrive, it is used for check-in.
6. On iPhone
The Kinelux app shows “My shoot”, “My castings”, the sheets for the coming days (offline) and the QR code of your call. Account → Help menu for this guide.
7. Frequently asked questions
- You can't find your sheet? Open the production's latest email or “My shoot”.
- Your scenes don't show? Your card must be linked to your character: write to the production.
